The biggest lesson I learned about beauty standards or improving your appearance was to work with what you already have rather than against it. In some countries people spend hours on tanning while others use whitening products. Some people get a boob job while others get a reduction. I found peace by working with what God already gave me ❤ And another little tip I like to use is that I look at celebrities with my insecurity and see how gorgeous they look. Its a little silly hack but it makes me feel way better about myself 😂❤

I’d love to recommend the book “the empowered wife” by Laura Doyle to anyone needing help in their marriage or relationship. It has transformed my marriage and so many of my friends! ❤ Also if you are single “The surrendered single” by the same author 😊 I am not affiliated, just wanted to spread the word because it’s literally amazing how it can transform you and your relationships!!

I'm reading Court series!! On book 3. It's sooo good! I was someone who never read fiction EVER. I was always reading non fiction and self help spiritual books. This summer I got the urge to hold off on those books and start reading fiction! Also, I would say that once I healed, not only was I disinterested in men who were not healed but some friends as well. I need time limits with some of these people I kept in my life so I can stay in a healthy frame of mind. It's like they are a part of my old self that I've outgrown and no longer fits that well. I'm making space for the new in my life. It's an upleveling for sure! Thank you for your content, so many synchronicities for me in this video!!

Oh wow - I had forgotten! I remember my first colonic [I was in my late 20s and am now almost 60]...a friend was doing it and helped me get a couple of appointments. Afterwards my eyesight was on point, and colors were more 'true' [vs. a bit sun-faded] and my mind was super clear. I need to research and see who is in the biz around here now...I'm so glad you brought this up - thank you, Alexis!

For Emma, I would say from personal experience, also to pay attention with in what energy we are watching those videos. In what state of mind... If you are in a chase mindset when you are watching those videos then you cannot attract what is energetically yours.❤❤❤

I just signed up to your 'Master your Feminine Energy' course 2 days ago and already the tools offered in the first few videos shifted my energy and helped me drop into my body on a deeper level ❤ Honestly, after years of being in therapy for bulimia recovery, as valuable as doing the work in that setting was and of course, the freedom of physically recovering, what was missing was learning how to drop into my feminine energy after being in my masculine for so long with all the rigidity and control. I'm so grateful and can't wait to dive deep into the course ✨ Thank you

This is off topic. But I need some advice. I am a young single mom and I have very little support/family. It’s just me and my kid. I still embrace my femininity and am currently working on inner work. However I’ve always like I attract men who see me as vulnerable. Like they prey on my situation. They’re usually older men. For instance a few years ago I befriended a older man. He taught me to drive and was very helpful. However when I got a boyfriend he became very aggressive and possessive even though our relationship was strictly platonic. Looking back now I realized he saw me as vulnerable. He was very nosy and asked me a lot of personal questions about my life and upbringing. Like he had savior complex. I ended that relationship but he’s stalked me for a few years. Other instances involve older men just being creepy, finding my social. It makes me feel very uncomfortable to be myself. Dress how I want etc. How do I stop appearing as vulnerable is that even possible. By giving this my energy does this tell the universe that I am vulnerable so I attract these men.? Thank you for any advice you can give☺️

Hello sweet girl. I completely relate to this. What helps me is often watching sad movies or listening to sad music, they push my emotions to the surface very easily. I’ve also done hypno-therapy which has allowed my body to feel safe and relaxed enough to cry ♥️
