Ingredients for 4 dishes
1-2 large eggplants

400 grams tomatoes
First, cook 200 grams of rice in a liter of water.

in 15 minutes it will have absorbed all the water and then put it in a large bowl to cool.
Secondly, cut 400 grams of tomatoes and put them in a pan for 5 minutes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and basil.
Thirdly, cut the aubergines into one-centimeter slices, grease them with oil, salt, pepper and parsley. In a hot oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
Now create the rolls as I show in the video.
Put in a spoonful of rice, some cheese, a little tomato and roll up.
Arrange the rolls in a baking dish, cover with tomato and cheese and bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
