The comparison should be between: 1) no power conditioner, 2) Audioquest and 3) Shunyata and which made an improvement over #1? For what you demo'd the Shunyata was quieter, with less harshness/ambient noise? Hard to tell.

He probado el Everest de Shunyata y el Niagara 3000 de Audioquest, con un sistema Soulution serie 7. Me parece que el Niagara lo hace sonar mejor, mas calidez en los tonos altos y graves muy precisos. Even though it is not the ideal way of comparing...using the comparison recordings here it is Shunyata for me. The AQ seems to "restrict" the bass dynamics a bit, making it sound more "tight" (and for some this might sound more preferable) and in comparison the mid/highs pop up above the bass. Shunyata seems to keep all dynamics and balances the whole range in a better way. Having said that...personal taste is a factor for sure EDIT: Listening again with another head-phone, I am not sure sure anymore what the preference would be. Both sound great but different. Would love to have a trial on my own system, but I don't think this is an option without buying them

It may appear to sound natural, but actually not. There’s a sheen in the voice that masks the depth of the vocals, instruments sound timid, no rhythm, no separation and control. Basically lacks PRAT and over long period of listening, disinterest and listener’s fatigue will set in. AQ much better.

Playing a third time, and now I'm not sure if I heard the differences after all. What??? I think the AQ sounds more vibrant and the Shunyata is smoother overall. However, her vocals are better on the Shunyata as she's more focused and clear vs. the AQ. I think.

Shunyata her voice was smoother less harsh and she sounds more like a human than the AQ robot. Audioquest had more volume in the bass..Shunyata more compressed slightly. Audioquest sounded more fatiguing & they both screwed up the sound. I use a Shyunata Venom PSA power strip and their Delta V2 chords and have less conditioning in there. That would be the best of both worlds. The only power distribution or conditioner I heard that doesn't screw things up is Ansuz DT-C many know about Ansuz & it is not some run of the mill company and ground the hell out of their power distribution box so it is not conditioning. Sorry you get what you pay for. These are both sounding midfi in comparison. Just use a power strip and good power cables from Shunyata that has minimal passive conditioning built into the connectors save 5k becasue these both meh products. Kubala Sosna also has a good power distributor that doesn't screw things up for the same 5-5.5kish money if you can't afford Ansuz. The Shunyata Everest is also better than this older Denali.
