@@paulperrin2152 That station is owned by a French company. Most of Britain's infrastructure like power and water treatment facilities are now owned by foreign companies and the new nuclear plants currently being built are owned by France and China. Yet you choose to pick on an ordinary bloke just doing his job when the person you should really be asking why Brits are being pushed around in their own country is your local Tory MP. Rule Britannia.

It is legal, so long as it's well sign posted and is above 2.4m. The Occupiers Liability Act 1984 places a legal duty of care on visitors including unwanted visitors. However, The Criminal Justice Act 2003 makes it a requirement that an unwanted visitor who is injured needs permission to sue from the court and following the rules means that permission is unlikely to be granted.

Would have been nice to see a 360 angle. To see how far you had actually entered Private land. Had you passed any sign saying Private ? You were stood well back from the Barrier, which one would assume to be the boundaries to the Property . But as you did not question him or show us, it’s difficult to understand his reasoning for asking you to move.

The company I work for does work in most of the power stations including West Burton. They are extremely strict with access and security in all of these stations as they are potential terrorist targets and also have regular issues with eco protestors. You could get a tour inside but you wouldn't be allowed to bring a camera in there. If a staff member made a video and posted any material deemed sensitive online they'd be both fired and prosecuted.
