Very cool. I remember seeing this on my dad's farm in Alberta, Canada, many years ago. You got an awesome view of the Aurora Borealis. Cheers! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️

I saw that one at 1:05 and took a lot of photos of it, it was in the far south and there were huge pillars to the north, I might upload a video with them soon. Amazing captures you got here! This wasn’t something I ever expected to happen.

We got to see some of it in Florida too. I missed the peak of it trying to find a place with no trees, which can be a challenge in North Florida. I wonder what your atmospheric energy collectors would do during this.

I was just out in East Tennessee in mountain overlook. Kind of disappointing, stood out there for 1.5 hours, can't actually see with naked eye. Need cameras with long exposure to capture it.

Sorry to hear that. This happened early in the evening. Just after sunset. I stayed up much later but it never happened again with this intensity.

@@lasersaber I recall one around 20 years ago that was very intense with reds, blues, and greens. I didn't even know about this one or I would have tried to see it.

It happened early in the evening briefly for about 15-20 minutes. It was visible with the naked eye absolutely. Cameras enhanced it but the whole sky was lit up.

@@lasersaber That's great to hear you got to see it with naked eye. Everyone around me was getting nice shots with cameras but when you looked with naked eye couldn't see anything. I will try the scenic overlook again tonight at sunset this time. Was out from midnight to 2 am last night.

I definitely encountered a person last night who had some insane ideas about 7-year cycles and wasted 10 minutes of my life while I tried to get away from him. 😂😂😂
