Cool build of a 5T, I was considering doing a 5T 2.0 electric build but it was really expensive to do an official 5T so i decided to a 30 Degree North clone which seems tougher than the real one and it's cheaper. Still you got a cool build i hope you enjoy it.

^Same, mine is on the way, the plastics are tougher supposedly and the 5mill 7075 chassis there is no better buy out there.

@@bluejfpv7876 I don't have mine yet i'm currently in a battle deciding if i want a real Losi 5T or the 30DN V2 clone. Because i want to do an electric conversion to mine someday and i'm worried that the stupid RC electric conversion kit won't work on it.

I'm so trying to make a 3D printed 30° North buggy electric motor mount and got 3 scanners and 3 printers but can't seem to get it done and would love to pay for a file that I could print asap as it's a different setup completely and I've did so much to it and put all Rovan XLT suspension on it and so the rear end diff and drivetrain is backwards and no center diff So please if you can't maybe you have a site or a place that can because it might take me till next year to learn how to create parts

I also noticed in part 2 you don't have 3d printed motor mount 🤔 did you abandon that?

We have never used a 3d printed motor mount. It would never hold the power.

Why use the brakes at all? Electric esc has brake built in, can't imagine too much run time killed
