For the recipe we need meat on the bone, preferably lamb or beef ribs.

After cooking, remove the meat and strain the broth
Let's make the frying:
Fry one onion, add 1 tbsp tomato paste, then some tomatoes (I use my own juice) can be fresh
Then a tablespoon of adjika
Fill with broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Add washed rice at the rate of 1 tablespoon of rice per 1 liter of soup
Refueling:
Half a bunch of cilantro
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp coriander
Chili hammers optional
A pinch of salt
Grind in a mortar
Add tkemali sauce if you have it, if not then lemon juice
Season the soup with this mixture, add a lot of ash - parsley, dill, cilantro, green onions
Turn off the gas and close the lid for 15-20 minutes
