Ingredients:
Udon noodles
Green onion
Chicken or beef, pork (optional)
1 carrot
1 potato
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
1 clove ginger
Salt and pepper
Oil
1 liter water
1 bay leaf if you have
1/2 package of Japanese curry roux
Instructions:
1. Roughly chop all vegetables. Mince garlic and ginger.
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and chop.
3. Fry all ingredients.
4. Add 1 liter water and 1 bay leaf (if you have). Cook until the ingredients are soft.
5. Add 1/2 package of Japanese curry roux and Stir until the roux is completely melted.
6. Simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
7. Chop green onions.
8. Boil dried udon noodles.
9. Wash the udon to remove the sticky.
10. Pour hot water
