Bubur Cha Cha is another type of Nyonya's Dessert; also known as Coconut Milk Dessert. This traditional dessert is always served in beautiful colorful presentation made of Sweet Potatoes, Yam and Sago (Tapioca Balls/ Pearls). It is cooked in a sweet coconut milk base and is usually prepared during festive seasons. This dessert is so popular around the world and many new variations have been created but i still prefer mine which the recipe has been passed down for generations. Bubur Cha Cha can be served in either hot or cold, up to one's preference.
