I recently asked on my Instagram about topics that you might like be to cover regarding Autism and Food for Autism Awareness Week. One topic which came up a lot was processed foods so I thought I would share my tips on this. I hope that they are helpful.
I have a 7 year old autistic son so I understand some of the struggles when it comes to feeding children on the spectrum. However I would love to hear your experiences and tips too so please do share them in comments.
