Autogenic training is a technique to raise your level of bodily awareness by repetition of certain phrases that invite relaxation into your body.
I have ME/CFS and was given this by the NHS pain clinic. Relaxation techniques can help with pain relief and help build energy reserves if practised on a regular basis.
