This was interesting. Thanks for taking the time to put it together. This is helpful for determining the binary of Unqualified/Qualified, but it would be useful to know what comes next. For example: If a lead is missing a phone number, while that may disqualify them, what needs to happen is to obtain the phone number so that it becomes qualified. You say teams are using lists with this?

Hi, thank you for your comment ! this workflow allows us to check the reason of the non qualification through a property, so you can use that proerty to create emailing lists to try to get those missing info through an email campaign. The best way to do it is to classify your non qualification reasons in 2 categories : first one : reasons that simply unqualified the lead forever, you can tag them as lots, second category : missing info or properties that could evolve through emailing, and then you can set up workflows or email campaigns to update your records. In your missing phone number, you can send them a mail with a lead magnet that requires a phone number, once the form is submitted as the phone will be tagged as "known" the contact will be re-enrolled in the qualification workflow and be tagged as Qualified. Hope this help, but the next steps depends entirely on your processes
