I am a 4th Generation Volunteer Firefighter, My Great Grandpa was a Volunteer Firefighter at the Upper Beaconsfield Fire Brigade apart of the Country Fire Authority (CFA), My Grandpa was a Volunteer at the same brigade and has been a volunteering for over 60 year and has fought in major Bushfire such as Ash Wednesdays and Black Saturday, My Uncles is a Volunteer Firefighter started off at Upper Beaconsfield before moving to another Brigade and is a Lieutenant and has been volunteering there for over 25 years and then there is me, been brought up around Volunteers and Firefighting my whole life and as soon as I turned 13 joined the Junior Program and as soon as I turned 16 joined the real deal, did my basic training and started turning out, Volunteering is a way of life and it runs in the blood

This is cool to see because many years ago there were members from this station that came to Northern Cambria, PA and started another station. It is Cambria County Station 50 and we are also known as Hope Fire Company. We are kind of an offspring of them, we actually get each other’s mail sometimes, haha.

Untied steam and hose company 3 in fredrick county Md is the oldest firehouse that’s still in use of the original building in Maryland, y’all should check them out it’s pretty cool place and busy company

@@HeroesNextDoor I think it's a local thing from many years back. Many FDs have Squads, yet in Wisconsin less than 100 miles from the famous Squad companies in Chicago a Squad is a police car. In much of the Midwest they call them tenders not tankers. I guess it's just what they were called over the years.

Looks beautiful in the showroom, but the helmets and rubberized coat don't really go with that era. Also suggest you move that nozzle back so it sits on both beams, rather than resting its weight on the leather hose.

E26 isn’t a Pierce Enforcer. When Pierce released the new Enforcer chassis back in 2014 the windshield was one pig wind shield with a good view. The cab on this engine looks like a Arrow XT.
