Man... It seriously blows me away how far agriculture has come in regards to technology. I remember being in high school and giving my FFA Prepared Public Speaking speech on this "exciting and brand new" GPS technology coming to Ag, and how it could change everything (this was in 96-97). I laugh, looking back now, at how hard it was to convince farmers that it could help with it's sub-meter accuracy, and with more satellites we could get to sub foot accuracy. Some still refuse to use the technology, including auto steer, Etc. 🤷♂️ Just look at it now... Lol. I'm excited for what the future holds for Agriculture in the next decade. How lucky we are to be alive during these exciting times of incredible technological advancements and implementations! Anyway, this was awesome! Thanks for sharing, Cole

With farm labor at such a shortage this the future for agriculture. It won’t be long and farming will the done from the office directing autonomous tractors, planters, tillage and more. The knowledge is there now just need to perfect the application. Forward thinking young farmers like you Cole are the future. Us old cats will just have to learn to adapt or move to the side! Glad I’m about to retire 👍 Great video!! Out future in agriculture is in good hands👏👍

Great video again! For all the negatives of technology - of which there are many, there are also many positives. As a retired SICU nurse from the ‘70’s, we started seeing advances in health care because of the Vietnam war & the growth of space technology. The MASH units of the Korean War lead to advances in Vietnam, which continues through every battle fought since then. The technology now available prosthetic devices were dreams 50 years ago. We are seeing how advances are causing change in farming & it’s amazing. I just pray that the innovators are given the opportunity to advance their trade in this country, for this country & aren’t driven out, for reasons most understand. As it is now, much of our nation is not even owned by American owned businesses and if our farmers are not protected, we, as a nation, will be hurting more than we already are. We need to support & depend on our local producers & local businesses. If we don’t, we are going to lose them. Once farmland is gone, it’s gone, there’s no getting it back. Look what’s happened when products once produced in this country got sent overseas. We learned in WWII that we needed to make things here, it seems that is a lesson that has been forgotten. Support local, buy local, pray to God it’s not to late for our great nation to return. God bless our farmers & our country!

Thanks for another great video. It was interesting and enjoyable for sure. Appreciate you filming the self control gps machine spreading fertilizer. Looks like a real solid machine. I am familiar with the raven company and they do some outstanding work. The drone shots were great. The man that was running the computer controller gave a lot of interesting information about the machine. I find this type of equipment really interesting. Thanks for including us while they were on your land. A win win on the water hookup. Makes a better situation for you and the other land owner. Working together always makes things easier. Knowing the Sonne family I can assume the neighbors are happy to work with you. A good reputation always helps when needed. Thanks. Good job on more fencing done. You two have that down pat for sure. Wonderful teamwork that is for sure. Your motto could be : fencing made easy by the Sonne team!!!!!!!! Really good song of the day. Petty had good music for sure. Thanks. About it I guess.
