Avocado toast on sourdough bread!
**Whole grain breads or those with more calories but a clean label can be healthier then low calorie breads full of preservatives and artificial sweeteners, dough conditioners added sugars and striped of essential nutrients. Your body digests real food much better then fake ingredients.
Recipe Recap:
Toast bread, cook eggs, top toast with avocado, smash onto toast with a fork.
Top with egg, chopped spinach, onion, cheese and salt n pepper.
Additional veggies and protein like sausage, bacon or white beans are a great protein booster.
