Avoid being suplexed on your head.
Two common problems when trying to practise spinning harai-goshi like this one is people breaking their posture and they try to turn towards their partner.
What does this mean?
First, to move with speed, create space and not get thrown, we must ensure good posture. Head up, chest out and a good stance. Creating the space or speed you need to throw your opponent effectively is tricky if you do not.
Secondly, it is important to pull your partner towards you and turn away from them when you turn. If you turn too close to them, there is a higher probability they will throw you as you try to turn.
