Very powerful neodymium magnets are available. Attach them to a sheet, just place a pair on opposite sites of the sheet. As you move and breath during your sleep will cause the magnetic fields to move about your body. No electricity used, no RF radiation from 60 Hz. You can also attach to your clothes or your hat the same way. Enjoy the benefits of magnetic fields during the day - no batteries no RF radiation!

See eg "Novocure" for an FDA approved device that barely works (but does work, when used in combination with existing drugs!) and has the wrong targets, but otherwise sort of resurrects some electrophysiology that was understood in the 60's. PEMF for pain and non-union fracture as described in this video is another one, diathermy (not recommended) is another. In Russia they still use eg mmWave for treating nerve pain.

Thank you for your comment. It's true that oxygen has paramagnetic properties and hydrogen can participate in electrical processes, which can play roles in our body's biochemistry and interactions with our environment. PEMF therapy uses low-frequency electromagnetic pulses (1 Hz to 1,000 Hz) to enhance cellular function and promote healing, while Rife frequencies use much higher ranges (kHz to MHz) to target and destroy pathogens by resonating with their unique frequencies. Despite both employing electromagnetic fields, PEMF focuses on cellular health and Rife on pathogen elimination.

Power frequency magnetic fields are definitely not beneficial. Not net, specifically, or otherwise. When you add dirty electricity into the mix it just gets worse. This is what the literature going back 100 years repeatedly comes to. And if your audience is totally naive to the topic, you should not put that notion out there, period. To get any benefit from even a clean 50 and 60 Hz sine wave the exposure has to be localized, transient, and deliberate. Telling them that your house wiring is A-okay is totally not O-okay, but rather the opposite, as in, not okay.
@TheEnergyBlueprint
2 ай бұрын
You're conflating different things here. I suggest you listen to the whole podcast carefully. Whether house-wiring is safe depends on the installation. It's not a yes/no question. Testing is required.
@Acetyl53
2 ай бұрын
@@TheEnergyBlueprint Nuance does exist, but not on the more superficial layers, it's at such a depth and level of specificity that it's irrelevant to the average person. The cases where the field and exposure characteristics with house wiring, at any given time, will have a net benefit (functional, health, whatever) are improbable enough to just ignore. It's the right baseline heuristic, anything unnattural should be considered biologically active and probably disruptive to the organism (Soviet perspective, the correct one, then and now). It is not good to anchor on the idea that exposure to one's house wiring is benefitting them at any given time, just think back to the last time the electricity went out and the reality is apparent. Your whole body relaxes. Nor is the belief a necessary or even good "gateway" to getting into bioelectromagnetics or magnetobiology. That's my opinion in the most direct terms. People get so used to hearing "woo woo, tinfoil hat" that they overcorrect. I am not social, I am not socialized, I don't play games and I don't overcorrect. These things can be beneficial, but as it stands those exposures don't exist in a passive or ambient sense.... nor are you likely to encounter it. eg Something like PEMF must be localized to a given region, and its use "windowed" in time. It's a drug, essentially. Manmade EM influence are drugs.
@thefalcon217

Completely agree. The Dr failed to convince that pulsed fields are of benefit or healthy. He seems very knowledgable about the mode of action of fields on physiology - but the same mode of action is exactly why such fields are dangerous and harmful NOT beneficial. He does admit that he studied 10Hertz, based on Earth frequencies. The problem with pulsed fields is that they are polarised. His comparison to natural magnetic fields is moot for the reason nature has no polarised fields. Maybe interview Dr Martin Pall for a better perspective.
@Acetyl53
2 ай бұрын
@@thefalcon217 I've studied these fields since ~2012. Whether it was written in 1898 or 2020, the east or west, ELF to gamma, I've probably read it. Or at least a review that included it. It's good that he's putting forward that an intentional, deliberate application of these factors can be beneficial. It is not good that he's trying to either skirt around or ride on these narratives that uncontrolled and omnipresent exposures can be assumed to be beneficial. Like you said, the character of manmade fields is different in several ways. In some bands it's trillions to quadrillions of times more intense than natural background radiation. Natural exposures are randomly polarized and essentially non-modulated. Manmade exposures are polarized, often circularly polarized which organisms seem to have a different response to, and modulated. In the case of pulsed signal schemes it's all about the rise time and peak power of those pulses (and pulse width / duty cycle and so on), along with their pattern, shape, carrier, etc. Combined exposures can also have synergisms, eg with chemicals. This is especially the case for the power frequency fields and even the RF produced by fluorescent lights, or the transients and harmonics fed back into the grid by nonlinear loads (can be audibly picked up in the AM radio bands in some cases). I mean look, back in 1953 the army was already trying to narrow in on the exact carrier, modulation, and power density windows needed to drive down the activity of specific enzyme systems (eg murine alcohol dehydrogenase). This fields is way older and way further along than people think.
@anyajohnson4471

@@TheEnergyBlueprint no it's because there isn't any verifiable science behind it, the type of people that tried to pioneer this sort of treatment made things like chiropracting, and claimed that you could eliminate cancer with a specific vibration. What a buncha hippy dippy baloney.

Yes The Medical profession has been directed towards the Allopathic model which generates profits by selling Pharmaceuticals. Most of those do not cure problems merely manage the problem not solve the problem, that is how you sell more product. This therapy is a functional medical solution whose aim to solve problems. Just sayin . . .

@@Innovisualistic where I come from, the medical industry makes money largely through taxes, and most healthcare and pharmaceuticals are free. They still don't use these machines because they're scientifically unproven, and claim to solve problems that they really don't. Anyone with common sense could see that these machines are ridiculously expensive specifically to squeeze money out of the poor suckers that buy it from unlicensed medical professionals and online vendors.

I can hear the irony in your tone, but I believe that passing good information can help people who need it. It's not a zero-sum game.

@@TheEnergyBlueprint I don't know what you're hearing but I think I think I meant it more to be a simile. I like concise information. I felt a meandering story that I got lost in, with no solid guideposts laid down. I admit I was not and still an not in a good mood, but I should be able to remember something about what was said, but I truly can't. I think I listened to more than half of it, waiting for something that I could hang my hat hat on, but it felt amorphous all the way. I started drowning in the swamp and gave up. Was there any one point you were trying to convey?

@@TheEnergyBlueprint I just looked at the title and now remember PEMF. Something I was reading studies on for the brain a decade ago along with trans cranial direct current stimulation. Still don't remember what he said.
