So far I’ve picked up an SCX24 c10 (after your original SCX24 review) an Arrma Big Rock 3s and currently saving for a TRX4 sport to really step into crawling. Got my Betty yesterday. I'll wait until tomorrow to open it. I bought the deadbolt first way back when they came out. I bought the HR shocks, drive shafts a bumper, the brass diff covers and axles too waiting on brass steering knuckles. The steering servo and arm on the deadbolt (and the others) if you look at them, stick out way past the tires. I wonder could you flip the servo and steering behind the wheels like on the hpi Toyota fj cruiser. I hope you know what I mean. Merry Christmas everyone.

Small o-rings will take the slop out of the steering linkage. No matter what you put in the shock it will leak out. This can be slowed by mounting the shocks upside down. Really like the look but don’t see the $20 extra cost. Those coin probably cost them $3 each in the quantity they purchased. Wish you would have compared it more to the Jeep or C10. I believe that the B17 is the same suspension as the deadbolt.

If you use the Scx24 esc and a mg90s servo in the Rgt Defender or adventurer, the ones with the lower mid motor, they are way more fun and fast. (As long as you already have the Scx24 transmitter). But you do lose drag brake function.

I love all your videos. This one felt a little rushed and maybe you have not had enough time with Betty. I have spent lots of time with C10,Wrangler and now Betty. By far the B17 tires are significantly better. They are also offset different. This machine has a nice wide stance. I put the wheels on my white Jeep and they go great. Too bad they are not available with the green paint as a replacement part. I can't say enough great things about these wheels/tires. This has been able to go up lines the other two could not. Add weight, extended axles and maybe kinetic double barrel shocks with limit straps and you will have an unbeatable combination. Too bad Axial is making 9999 of these. That is too many for a Limited Edition.

I recommend just researching what parts and electronics but here are some guidelines for a mid budget capra: Hobbywing 1080 A 540 size 5 slot brushed motor Shorty battery Metal beadlocks of choice Any 1.9 proline tyre g8 for very hot environments and predator compound for anything else-np note: I do run my bfgoodrich km3 prolines’s in the predator compound in australia(hot) they just wear quickly but provide excellent grip A cheap transmitter and receiver as it doesn’t matter too much- make sure it is 3 channel for the dig A reefs micro 99 or the spektrum one for the dig Oh and maybe get 4 pens to do the pen spring mod to the shocks
