A real eye opener for me personally.. Dr. Dimple busted a lot of myths that prevailed. Used to wonder how people in my village had a less complicated and healthy life. Many thanks for giving me an insight into gut health. Continue to do the good work.

"One person's food is another person's poison" is the wrong statement. Because our grandparents used to have 8 or 10 children... Just think of them preparing customised meals for each... Customisation is not our culture... Yes, when u get a problem in ur body... Taking medication according to our body type is good... But not customised meals everyday throughout our lives..

Well said.. I live in Bangalore. If I want to go through ayurvedic therapy to clean myself in and out and start the journey following ayurvedic healing, where should I go? There are many options here but not sure which one is authentic.

Very good and useful information provided. The marrying of Ayurveda with Allopathy is what the present Government is advocating especially with AUUSH in mind. Truly millets are the need of the hour because of the various health benefits it provides. I have been using the 5 positive millets for lunch daily for the past 4 years. There should be more propaganda highlighting the advantages of millets. Thanks. Balasubramanian a senior citizen.

Vat is Hindi...vata is the word we use in the South Indian languages and Sanskrit. She works with Ayurvedic doctors in the South. So, how does it going to matter with the good content she is rendering. Sorry..no offense meant.
