- 285g tapioca starch ( 2 cups )
- 75g rice flour ( 1/2 cup )
- 75g all purpose flour ( 1/2 cup )
- 200g sugar ( 1 cup )
- 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 14oz coconut cream ( 1 can )
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
*** For the crispy waffle ... toast the waffle in the oven toaster or air fry for 3-5 minutes before serving.
