Ingredients:
470g bread flour
5g yeast
6g sugar
5g salt
1Tablespoons vegetables oil
346ml cool water
40g extra bread flour during mix by hand
-Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and mix by hand like viedeo
-Remove the dough and place it in another bowl (don't forget to pour a little oil in to the bowl) and let it rest in a warm area for 1 hour.
-After an hour remove the air inside the dough out.
-Then let the dough rest for 30 mins.
-Divide the dough into 6 parts.
-Plat the dough and roll from top to down like in the video.
-Let it rest for 45-50 mins in a warm place again.
-After the dough doubles in size, preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.
-Pour water into a tray and put it in the oven to provide moisture during the baking.
-When the oven is at 450 degrees F, slice the top of bread.
-When the temperature is at 500 degrees F, spray a little water on the surface of the bread and then put it in the oven.
-Bake for 22 mins:
-Bake at 470 degrees F for the first 5 mins.
-Bake at 450 degrees F for the next 4 mins.
-Then bake at 420 degrees F for the remaining time and this time remove the water tray.
