Hey Zake, I trained BJJ for 2 years while working in Singapore. Some things you can consider: 1. Buy some mats at home to drill after work if you can't make it to the gym 2. Take it slow! I trained almost everyday and got burnt out. Definitely take breaks and treat it as a hobby 3. As for technique - if it doesn't work, doing it harder or faster isn't the answer Hope I can train with you one day!
