Performing the exercise "Archery" normalizes the flow of energy along the canal of the lungs and the canal of the large intestine. This exercise also strengthens the muscles of the legs and enhances the sense of balance. The muscles of the forearms and hands are strengthened. The mobility and flexibility of the joints of the fingers and hand increases. The Archery exercise corrects incorrect posture and prevents problems in the neck and shoulders.
