Great reaction ... and no BABYMETAL songs are in any anime so you can forget that thought from here on. They did a couple of songs (one-off performances) very early when they were starting out that were covers of songs from anime and Su-metal was in a group before BABYMETAL (Karen Girl's) that sang the songs for the anime Zettai Karen Children and that ran for about a year. 'Akatsuki' is inspired by X Japan's song 'Kurenai'. Su had 3 more solo songs on the first two albums - 'Rondo of Nightmare', 'No Rain, No Rainbow' and my own favourite (there's not much in it as they are all so good) 'Amore'.

I personally dislike the anime intro/outro comments. I consider them a stereotype and really don't match the greatness of this song and performance. Suzuka was in a girl group before joining Sakura Gakuin and Juonbu (heavy music club aka BABYMETAL) that used to sing songs for an anime. She was 10 - 11 years old back then... and she's not going back.

Without a doubt she was amazing in this. By no means was the comment intended to be in any way shape or form as derogatory/stereotypical or as a negative. I was impressed with this solo

I see it from both sides, while Babymetal has never truly done anime music, nor was it their intent, there are a lot of similarities due to vocals, speed, etc in some songs, more so when they were younger. Also, from an anime fan’s perspective, it’s a compliment, as a lot of anime music is very epic and very well done, and truly helps convey the emotions of a scene, which Babymetal is definitely great at. I’m totally cool with people making some anime references, as long as they don’t go overboard. A lot of times, it’s just innocent curiosity!

Akatsuki @ Nippon Budokan:- This is one of 4 Su-Metal (Suzuka Nakamoto) solo songs. The other 3 are:- 1. "Amore" (Wembley Arena). 2. "No Rain No Rainbow" (Legend A Baptism XX). 3. "Rondo Of Nightmare with Mischief Of Gods" (Budokan Black Night) same venue. Su-Metal have a powerful peircing voice to penetrate the heavy musical instrument and still sound so clear. You should listen to X Japan "Kurenai", a legendary band from Japan 🇯🇵 which Babymetal get a lot of their inspiration from. There is a slow ballad version of "Akatsuki", the Unfinished version perform at Legend 1997 Apocalypse concert same venue as Headbanger @ the Makuhari Messe. Akatsuki is just Crimson Moon, but the original kanji for Akatsuki is the one you see in Naruto (暁). The original meaning is the time when night fall ends, or dawn. But there is a double meaning of "The time you waited after your dreams/wishes came true" . If you listen to the lyrics both crimson moon and akatsuki play a role in the song Akatsuki. Benitsuki -Akatsuki Information:- Kanji Title: 紅月-アカツキ. Romanji Title: Benitsuki -Akatsuki English Title : Crimson Moon -Dawn. Akatsuki-Benitsuki: Akatsuki- is the couping song from BABYMETAL's 3rd single Megitsune, by SU-METAL. The song is also included in BABYMETAL's first original album BABYMETAL. Information: Artist: BABYMETAL Single: Megitsune Album: BABYMETAL Lyrics: NAKAMETAL & TSUBOMETAL Composition: TSUBOMETAL Arrangement: Kyoto KamiBand:- The KamiBand are the instrumentalists (or backing band) in BABYMETAL - Each member is a "god (Kami) of music" summoned by The Fox God stage by stage. They wore white robes and painted corpse face to resemble the dead spirit. All the Kamis have their own jobs and side-projects in addition to BABYMETAL. Current Members Who Perform At Nippon Budokan:- •Takayoshi Ohmura (Guitar, ESP SNAPPER-7/R Twinkle Pink). •Leda Cygnus (Guitar, ESP ARROW 7 CUSTOM). •Daisuke 'BOH' Bohte (Bass, ATELIER Z BETA 6, Boh'S CUSTOM 6). •Aoyama Hideki (Drums, YAMAHA Signature). Nippon Budokan (日本武道館, Nippon Budōkan), often shortened to simply Budokan, is an indoor arena located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan. Originally built for the inaugural Olympic judo competition in the 1964 Summer Olympics, its name translates as Martial Arts Hall in English. While its primary purpose is to host martial arts contests, the arena has gained additional fame as one of the world's most iconic musical performance venues. A number of famous rock music acts have played at Budokan. The Beatles were the first rock group to play there in a series of concerts held between June 30 and July 2, 1966. ABBA ended their last tour there. Their final show on March 27, 1980, was the last live concert ABBA performed together. Numerous acts have recorded live albums at Budokan, including Bryan Adams, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Cheap Trick, Dream Theater, Duran Duran, Kiss, Mr. Big, Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, Journey and Deep Purple. LYRICS OVERVIEW:- Crimson Moon Going over thousands nights, some love shall survive. So, until my body perishes, until my life disappears, I shall keep on cherishing this love. Shining in the depths of the eyes, the moon is about to cry. Red tears overflow and dye the night sky. In the silence, the two damaged blades stand face to face. Our loneliness and our uneasiness slash even our hearts. Going over thousands nights, some love shall survive. So, until my body perishes, until my life disappears, I shall keep on cherishing this love. In the passage of time, I keep my eyes shut. Even if the red thread flowing in my hand breaks, I still feel we are tied. In the silence, I hold the damaged blade face to face. My loneliness and my uneasiness, I slash, even my heart, now. Going over thousands nights, some love shall survive. So, until my body perishes, until my life disappears someday... Going over thousands nights, some love shall survive. So, until my body perishes, until my life disappears, I shall keep on cherishing this love. Dye crimson! Dye bloody crimson! One of the best twin guitar solos from Takayoshi Ohmura and Shinji Yuuto aka Leda Cygnus. Hell ya! Thank you for reacting to my suggestions! This is my favorite Akatsuki performance. Su’s voice is so straight and piercingly powerful, and flows so well over the heavy instrumentation. This song absolutely kicks my ear’s ass every-time. Not to mention, her incredible stage presence. Already an absolute queen at age 16! New suggestion: Onedari Daisakusen (“Oni-Dah-Ri Dye-Sak-Sun”) from Legend 1997 concert - As Su has her solo’s, Yui and Moa has their duets (known as “Black Babymetal”). This is their rendition of a “Limp Bizkit-esque” song on pulling out all the cute tricks of little spoiled devils begging their dads to buy them all the things. Adorably awesome! Haha. Take your time, and look forward to more!🤘🦊🤘🦊

@@HeemzCastGaming haha, my pleasure! For other Su solos: Rondo of Nightmare (live at Budokan 2014- with epic Kami Band intro), “No Rain, No Rainbow” and Amore are all great! But definitely check out Black Babymetal (Yui / Moa duets): Onedari Daisakusen (my fav!), Sis Anger, GJ!, and Song 4 (Yui / Moa wrote this last song on the tour bus as a challenge from Su - then annoyed the staff by repeatedly singing it all the time 🤣)

⚡ / 🔴 🌙 "Going over thousands (of) nights, some love shall survive. So, until my body perishes, until my life disappears, I shall keep on cherishing this love. Dye crimson! Dye bloody crimson!" - Akatsuki Her solo 'Amore' might better show off Su's technical abilities, but 'Akatsuki' is a great emotional song, with a powerful delivery. Su doesn't need to fear any of the pyrotechnics because she is fire herself. Guitarists that night were Leda Cygnus and Takayoshi Ohmura (pink guitar). Hideki Aoyama was on drums and BOH on bass. This was from Black Night, the second of two sold out nights at Budokan on March 2nd, 2014. Su was 16 years old. She performed two other solo songs that night, 'Rondo of Nightmare' and 'No Rain, No Rainbow'.

Thanks again from Japan 有り難う💛。This was filmed in 2014, right before BABYMETAL entered into international music scene. On Feb.19, 2021, Akatsuki became a very special song again for BABYMETAL fans in the world at that time. This song had not been performed for 2 years and 4 months, but they revived it that day. I witnessed it at Budokan, the legendary arena, the same venue in this video. After the silent interval in the middle of this performance, Su-Metal showed up like a goddess standing solely in the center of foggy lake. It was divine beauty. Honestly I can not remember clearly what I saw and what I heard because it was too surprising and too mesmerizing. (Even after I viewed Blu-ray videos released thereafter) There is one certain thing, however. I felt celestial bliss there, especially with Su's matured richer voice.
