INGREDIENTS:
FOR FINGER CHIPS: (0:55 To 03:16)
* Idli (इडली)
* Cornflour (आरारोट )
* Salt (नमक)
* Black pepper (काली मिर्च)
* Water (पानी)
* Oil (तेल)
* Black Salt (काला नमक)
* Chat masala (चाट मसाला)
* Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर)
* Chili powder (मिर्च पाउडर)
FOR BREAD PAKODA: -(03:19 To 08:34)
* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1 small bowl
* Salt (नमक)
* Red chili powder (मिर्च पाउडर)
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Carom seeds (अजवाइन)
* Water (पानी)
* Oil (तेल) - 1 tsp
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
* Fennel seeds (सौंफ) - 1/2 tsp
* Asafoetida (हींग)
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1/2
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/4
* Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) - 1/4 tsp
* Red chili powder (मिर्च पाउडर)
* Chat masala (चाट मसाला) - 1/2
* Water (पानी) - 1 tsp
* Potato (आलू) - 1
* Salt (नमक)
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
* Idli (इडली)
* Sweet chutney (मीठी चटनी)
* Green chutney (हरी चटनी)
* Oil (तेल)
FOR UPMA/POHA:- (08:38 To 11:29)
* Oil (तेल) - 1 tbsp
* Mustard seeds (राई)
* Curry leaves (कड़ी पत्ता)
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 1-2
* Asafoetida (हींग)
* Onion (प्याज) - 1-2
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Salt (नमक)
* Red chili powder (मिर्च पाउडर)
* Sugar (चीनी)
* Lemon juice (निम्बू का रस)
* Water (पानी)
* Idli (इडली)
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
* Namkeen (नमकीन/सेव)
* Onion (प्याज)
* Pomegranate seeds (अनारदाना )
* Desiccated coconut (नारियल बुरादा)
FOR DAHI VADA:- (11:33 To 13:26)
* Idli (इडली)
* Sweet chutney (मीठी चटनी)
* Green chutney (हरी चटनी)
* Curd (दही)
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)
* Black Salt (काला नमक)
* Chat masala (चाट मसाला)
* Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर)
* Chili powder (मिर्च पाउडर)
* Namkeen (नमकीन/सेव)
* Pomegranate seeds (अनारदाना )
RECIPE:
For Finger Chips:
Take some leftover Idli and cut them. Put some drops of water on them and take some Corn Flour, put Salt and Black Pepper Powder in it and wrap the Idli Fingers with the Corn Flour. Then fry them in the heated oil. Then in a bowl, put some Black Salt, Chat Masala, Roasted Cumin Powder and Red Chili Powder and mix them. Put the mixed Masala on the Finger Chips.
For Idli Pakodas:
Make some big size Idli, then in a bowl, put some Gram Flour, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder and Carom Seeds and add water in it and make the batter.
For filling, keep a pan on the flame, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Asafoetida, Green Chilies and Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Mango Powder, Red Chili Powder, Chat Masala and some drops of water in it. Then put some boiled and mashed Potatoes, Salt and Coriander Leaves in it and turn off the flame. Cut the Idli in triangular shapes and divide the pieces in 2 parts. Apply some Green Chutney on one part and Sweet Chutney on another part then fill the potato filling and cover them and dip them in the batter and fry them in the heated oil.
For Upma/Poha:
Keep a pan on flame, put Oil, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Green Chilies, Asafoetida, chopped Onion and saute them lightly. Then put Turmeric Powder, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Sugar, Lemon Juice,and Water in it and then put some chopped Idli in it then mix it and cover it. Then garnish it with Coriander Leaves, Sev, Onion, Pomegranate Seeds, and Desiccated Coconut.
For Dahi Vadas:
In a plate, take some Idli, put Green Chutney, Sweet Chutney and whisked Curd on it and garnish it with some Coriander Leaves, Green Chilies, and Pomegranate Seeds and put some Black Salt, Cumin Powder, Red Chili Powder and some more Curd on it and the very tasty Dahi Vadas will get ready.
