Fish Marination...
Rahu Fish - 400 gm
Turmeric Powder _ 3/4 tbsp
Kashmiri Mirchi Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt aprox - 3/4 tbsp
Mix and rub all masala into the fish pieces properly and marinated for 10 to 15 mins.
Curry Preperation..
Garlic - 6 cloves
Ginger - 20 gm (Crushed ginger garlic and make a paste)
Onion - 3 nos (medium)
Tomato - 3 nos (medium)
Green Chilli _ 4 nos
Fresh Coriander (Finely Chopped all)
Lemon - 1 nos
Turmeric Powder _ 1/2 tbsp
Jeera Powder _ 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala _ 1/2 tbsp
1st Step..
On a Pan Heat Mustard Oil - 1/2 cup and add marinated fish pieces (High Flame). Fry fish pieces for 80% only and transfer to plate.
2nd step..
On a Kadhai Heat Mustard Oil - 3/4 cup and add chopped onion and cook for 2 mins on medium flame.
You can add left over oil from fish fry and Cook till onion becomes slightly brown.
Add crushed ginger garlic,Green Chilli and cook for 3 to 4 mins on medium flame.
Add chopped tomato and salt, give a good stir then add Turmeric Powder, Jeera Powder, Garam Masala, Cover and Cook till all the ingredients becomes soft on medium flame.
Add water and cook on high flame to complete boil. Then..
Add fried fish pieces and cook for 3 mins on medium flame
Add lemon juice and fresh Coriander cook for 1 min and turn off the Flame.
Now the Fish Curry Recipe is ready to serve.
