75 HARD CHALLENGE
I started this challenge in the month of August, and it was my day 14th when I forgot to complete one of my task which was drinking 4ltrs. of water (I had only 3). And one of the main rules for 75 hard is that you have to follow all 5 rules daily, if not, you have to start again from the very beginning.
That's what exactly happened with me, everything was going great - I was working out daily, maintaining a proper diet, waking up early but this damn water broke the harmony.
Throughout the challenge I filmed 2 3 vlogs and I just don't want them to go waste so I'm going to post that as well🥲 ( I know it doesn't make sense).
Anyways right now my exams are going on and I can't even think of starting this challenge again right now. So I will, once this headache is over.
