After the german nationals I began my training doing light weights and basic exercises for general health, mobility and gaining muscle mass - bench press, pullups, military press, biceps curls, traps, forearms (no legs ofc 😅)- everything with full range of motion, so that I feel that stretch in the muscle.
I also do some armwrestling specifics and table time here and there, but my main focus at the moment is to build muscles. After I'm done with this phase I will start the the strenght phase, where I will put my focus on building armwrestling specific strenght with the new attained muscle mass.
