I had the same range of motion limitation left to right with my torso as you, the fix for me was visiting a "bodyworker" who is essentially a really smart masseuse who knows to massage the attachment points of the muscles instead of the muscles themselves. I'm not going to lie, it was painful as all hell, but after 2 hours of that massage and a visit to a chiro to get my ribs adjusted and I can go 90 degrees rotation both ways now. I also had the exact same shoulder limitation as you and have dislocated my right shoulder like 20 times now. The fix for that was strengthening my triceps and using a hard ball like a baseball and putting the baseball on your pec or in your armpit on your lat and laying down on the ball. The pressure of your body pushing down on the ball pushes the ball into your muscles like a deep tissue massage. Do that every day a couple times a day and within a couple weeks you should see massive gains in range of motion and not feel like your shoulder can come out at any minute any more.

You should start some balance work in that boot and you could start doing some sit to stands, squats in it.

Sorry Jono but I think this guy talks too much pseudo science, bro science and nocebos you into issues that really are none and then sells you a training program to "solve" them. Leave out about 60% of what he says and you would get the same results. But then he would lose his "special sauce". He is quite a good salesman. But I'm not buying it. #strongerbysience #barbellmedicne
