Thank for the awesome video @AlexWongTKD Just a question out of curiosity my friend. Why would someone turn his/her back just to land a back kick/ back side kick. When he/she confronts an opponent or a harmful person? I ask this question, because you demonstrated this technique on a boxing bag with your front position. Should someone do this sort of kick if they are attacked from their back side?

Great video. One quick tip for you is try to keep your knees together when throwing the back kick so you don't over rotate.

the most important information that was left out was looking at your target over your shoulder, very difficult to strike what your eyes cant see...in sparring judges will not score it for reasons of "blind technique."
