HOW TO PRACTICE THE QUICK SNAP
The push off to change feet in a combo spin can often be a tricky skill to learn.
For example, if you’re doing a combo spin and you have a slow entry on the first part, it is important to know how to correct for that as you change feet.
Practicing this stand still push off to sit drill will save you in so many situations and teach you how to continue the spin.
It will also teach you how to push off properly to snap into the spin to increase speed.
🎥 Here’s one type of exercise to practice:
1️⃣Back entry pump three times pivoting on the spot
2️⃣Press off the inside edge to snap the spin
3️⃣Try to see how many rotations you can do off three pumps and snap
