B.o.B. "you can still look fresh and still look clean!" We do medical probably every 8 training days or so we should probably step up our game and do some more drills and throw them in whenever we can. We usually throw in drills during a tactical day or an overnighter.

I am horrible with the gloves. First responder and I leave my glove all the time that and the barrier for cpr. I know the pumps are the most valuable part but I remember the early 2000s when it was 15 /2 even though I know it’s hard when that was pounded into me for so many years. I brought back a childhood friend with the old method so it did work. I got a tq gauze pressure bandage on me all the time. If I have my pants or shorts on. I have the bear fak in my truck normally I need to order a new one my new neighbor was getting deployed I was going to order him one but it wouldn’t be delivered on time from when I learned he was deploying so I gave him the one in my truck. Then I got busy and haven’t ordered a new kit for me yet. Soon once I recover from my blown transmission. But for now I’m rocking the sob in the truck.
