After years of using digital note-taking tools, I've recently gone back to using a traditional pen and paper notebook for daily task planning and random note taking. Writing down my top tasks for the day helps me clarify and focus on what's most important while avoiding digital distractions. Plus, there's something satisfying about physically crossing off completed tasks. I encourage you to try using pen and paper, at least for daily planning, as a way to stay focused and spend less time online.
