Bhai, jab tu ek push-up marta hai to wo ek rep hota hai wese hi agar tu ek baar me 5(or any number) push-up karta hai to wo ek set hota hai So, 5 push-ups - 5 reps, and 1 set If you repeat the same thing again to wo dusra set ban jata hai. Samajh aya?

Barbell rows main lower back ko kafi stimulus milta hai. Har body part k liye isolation exercise ki zaroorat nahi. Agar phir bhi karni hai tou leg day pe RDLs karlo kaafi hoga, warna back day pe hi shrugs ki jaga rack pulls kaarlo.

Face pulls/ Reverse peck deck Technique pe focus karna, elbow jitna peeche ja sakta le kar jao back squeeze karo 3 muscle jo reh gaye hain woh hain traps, rear delts, or lower back. Rear delts k liye reverse peck deck ya face pulls ache hain. Traps 4 ki 4 main indirectly train ho rahay hain or rear delts main bhi train honge so need of direct training. Lower back k liye hyper extensions back day pe hi karlo ya leg day pe Romanian/ Stiff leg deadlift hamstrings k sath sath lower back bhi train kardega. Agar ap push pull legs split use karahay ho tou rear delt back day pe hi karo warna shoulder day pe karo 4 exercises main back puri train ho jayegi. Aik session main 3-4 exercises karo utne weight pe jispe tumhari form kharab bhi na ho or weight bhi kaafi challenging ho apke liye Aik baar technique seekh li tou sab confusion khatam ho jayega bro, agar ache se kiye jain tou sirf pullups or barbell rows main hi complete back train ho jayegi.

@@farishassan1547 Bhai main Bro Split follow karta hu Back and Biceps on same day and Shoulder legs next day...On Back day...I start with Pull-ups as warm-up as I can do only 4-5 reps of it and I'm not that efficient in it, So not counting it as an exercise. 1st one I do is Lat pull down, Next Seated Cable rowing, Chest supported DB Rows( Sometimes T bar Rows), Single arm cable rowing...I train Rear Delts and Traps on Shoulder day by Face Pulls and Reverse Pec deck on alternate days ( Rear delts) and Dumbbell shrugs for Traps...Ab ismein kya changes Karu ya aese hi rehne du aap bta do...Mujhe aesa lagta hai Middle Traps Bach jaata hai

Waise toh imbalances ka solution individual specific hota hai, jo yaha toh batana possible nahi. Lekin generally yeh suggest kia ja sakta hai ke aap unilateral training karo. Matlab, sinle hand lat pul downs karo. Weak side se start karo, jitne reps sahi form mein niklein utne hi reps stronger side se match karo.
