Hello Sir, your videos are good. Could you please show simple exercises without much knee bending to reduce belly fat and Knee ligament injury. I do regular brisk walk for hour and Suryanamaskar for 20 mins. But I work in IT so want to reduce belly fat too.. Please suggets few exercise to be flexible and reduce abdomenal fat . Also if possible diet plan too without skiping sweet😊 ,when to eat ..etc along with your simple exercises. All the best for you channel..Thank you 😊

Can't reduce belly fat as such There is no such thing called spot reduction You can do cardio like running or swimming but main thing is diet. Try to reduce sugary foods and over eating. All the best
