Tuna fish... on a pizza??? OK! Never seen that before. Here in the States, they just came out with tomato paste that come in a 6pk of 2 Tbs packages. Very convenient camp cooking. Thanks for sharing .

Hi! About pots and pans: I tried different things, This year, most often I was carrying a Trangia mini set, an additionnal non stick skillet, a camp-a-box set of plastic cookware for 2 and a GSI Java press for coffee. So I can do a variety of things without being overly heavy, but "only" pancakes, crepes or flatbread in the skillet. I played with my french army 3 parts mess tin, but it's very heavy. I only watched 5 of your vids and I already spotted a crusader cookset, a Zebra pot, a MSR seagull, a Tatonka mug, a cast iron skillet and some tartelette aluminium baking trays... Now we're at the end of 2017, did you find a set of pots that you prefer, like your "go to baking system"?

Awesome! Could you maybe do a recipe with fish and something you can find in the forest itself? Chestnuts or maybe even a mushroom? :-D Keep on baking!

Interesting suggestion! I'll see what I can come up with. Perhaps my buddies on the bushcraft NL forums can give me some tips on some forest ingredients :)

Do not use Sunflower oil for cooking. When heated it deteriorates into componants which are toxic. For cooking you need to use Mono oils not Poly oils. Olive oil is ok to cook with because it is a Monounsaturated oil, although it is a good idea to have some raw Olive oil too to get the health benefits of the raw oil.

@@BushcraftBaking That is a good idea. I think it's Aldehydes or something like that polyunsatuated oils break down into. Poly means its made of lots of little bits. Thats the way I remember it. Thankyou for the recipe. All the best.
