This video presents the journey from Sumberpucung Station (+296 M) to Wlingi Station (+274 M). This section also passes through two other stations, namely Pogajih Station (+205 M) and Kesamben Station (+193 M). The plot of this route crosses two areas, namely Malang Regency and Blitar Regency, East Java. Actually, on the plot between Pogajih Station and Kesamben Station, there used to be Plampangan Station (+190 M), but now the building of Plampangan Station is no longer visible.
All stations in this plot are still using a mechanical signaling system. In the plot between Sumberpucung Station and Pogajih Station there are the first two tunnels built by the Indonesian government, namely the Karangkates I or Eka Bakti Karya Tunnel and the Karangkates II or Dwi Bakti Karya Tunnel.
The length of the Karangkates I Tunnel is approximately 741 meters while the Karangkates II Tunnel is approximately 440 meters. Both tunnels are curved. The construction of this tunnel was carried out because of the Sutami Reservoir project which had a direct impact on the old track, so it needed to be relocated by constructing a new line along with these two Karangkates Tunnels.
In addition, in this plot there is also the Lahor Bridge that crosses the Lahor River. This river is a natural boundary that separates Malang Regency and Blitar Regency, East Java. This plot of track is the most interesting plot of track in the enclave route with the characteristics of the route going through forests and hills and at several points of the track there are gongsol rails installed because the curve radius of the track bends quite sharply.
