Ingredients:
• Heath Riles BBQ Competition BBQ Rub
• Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeño Rub
• Heath Riles BBQ Pork Injection
• Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Sauce
• Killer Hogs Tangy Vinegar BBQ Sauce
• 10 slices of bacon
• 3lb Pork Loin
• Apple Juice
Directions:
1. Let pork loin marinate in Heath Riles BBQ Pork Injection for 2 hours.
2. After marinating for 2 hours, get grill up to temp of 300º.
3. Season both sides of pork loin with Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeño and Competition BBQ rubs.
4. Place bacon on parchment paper, and roll and wrap pork loin in the bacon.
5. Season bacon-wrapped pork loin with Heath Riles BBQ Competition BBQ Rub.
6. Place loin on grill. Put Chef's alarm in the pork loin and set to 145º.
7. Mix Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Sauce and Killer Hogs Tangy Vinegar BBQ Sauce 50/50 in a melting pot. Place sauce on grill to heat up when pork loin is hitting 115º.
8. Glaze pork loin when it is hitting 137º.
9. Pull off grill when it hits 150º internal and let it rest for 20 minutes.
10. Slice and serve.
