Cook (Smoke) Time: Approx 2-3 hours at 250 Degrees.
Wood used for smoking in this video: Almond (But you can use whatever you like)
Finished Internal Temp: Bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted inside.
Basic Supplies Needed:
Sharp Knife
Container for mixing your stuffing
Toothpicks
Strong mixing spoon
Jalapeno Corer (Optional but very handy)
Basic Ingredients:
Medium size Jalapenos
Grated Cheese (Your choice)
Cream Cheese (Softened)
Green Onion (Chopped)
Bacon, thick sliced is best for the recipe
