The annual average temperatures sometimes reach around 11 °C; In the warmest month of July, the average values are around or just above 20 °C. For Bad Bergzabern, the western edge location has a favorable effect, as foehn effects caused by air falling from the Palatinate Forest can lead to temperature increases.
