Ask masters to wake us up in the middle of the night then when you wake up do 36 breaths and ask question what ever problem I am going through right now can you show me what I did bad in my past so I can correct it and live helping others. Now my soul changed I am no longer hearting others. Please show me my bad karma relating to my present situation please masters. Then continue 36 breaths with your master. When master breath in you feel same when master breath out you feel same. Imagine your master is sitting in front of you. Once you finish counting 36 breaths sleep back but do not open your eyes please.
Eat early
Do not drink liquor
Do not eat non vegetarian food.
No alarms. You cont use alarm to wake up.
When you are counting you might miss in between no issue you can continue from where you remember. You might be sleepy it’s fine. In the morning you might wake up with fearful dream. In that dream you might be victim but you are the one who did it.
