Any advice from anyone is really appreciated. I'll update this video with a link to my review of the dealership once this whole situation is resolved. The stars on that review will give you an idea of how much they helped... or didn't help. I'm not holding out much hope honestly.

Thank you for your patience, unfortunately the quote has been rejected by senior management team as this is deemed uneconomical. Due to the time frames owning the bike we have the right to repair; therefore, we would like to collect the bike and arrange for an in house inspection.
I can arrange collection within 7 days - please can you confirm this, and I will get it booked in.

As its within 6 months of purchase we have a right to repair. Therefore when the bike comes to us we will assess it. If it has been deemed an issue at the point of sale we will cover all costs. As your mechanic said in your first contact "whoever installed the previous set of seals has damaged the forks beyond repair". We have to prove its not because of neglect / lack of maintenance. For this case it sounds like a point of sale issue, however, I cannot confirm this until I have had assessed. Either way you will not be charged for the collection/ delivery back to you regardless of the assessment. I have booked collection with SOS Motorcycle delivery. They will be in touch with you to collect the bike within the next 7 days. Once we receive the bike I will contact you with the outcome and next steps.
