Badam Puri
2 1/2 cups almond powder
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Few strands of saffron soaked in 5 tbsp of warm milk
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Method
Mix all the dry ingredients. Add the saffron milk one tablespoon at a time and knead a stiff dough. Roll out the dough and cut rounds using a cookie cutter. Place the cut puris on the baking tray and grill at 150*C till each side turns a very light shade of brown. Grill both the sides well. Cool and store.
