She is trying to say she had no idea the school sent 9 truancy letters home but also says that she talked to the school EVERY single day. She argues that her son is dyslexic and that’s why his grades are so bad but also made him miss 30+ days in 1st grade. Maybe the reason he isn’t learning in school is Nakia never got off her ass and took him to school. She claims she talks to her son’s teacher “daily” but then the teacher gets on the stand and says she talked to Nakia 6 times throughout the year and that all 6 times she told Nakia about the truancy issues. Nakia would rather run around town telling anyone with ears how she was wronged and how good of a mother she is than actually doing a single thing to help her son. Thankfully the father got full custody and his son is doing great ever since the court stepped in to save him from having to grow up around Nakia.

Jude Iz Yes, but a good judge is there to move things forward in a positive, timely manner and she tried to file it late so he wouldn’t be able to answer it properly and we all know it especially the judge, so rather than address it again when it finally reaches her( the judge), it’s just my opinion, I think she’s trying to address the motion and be done w it giving it its proper weight do to the improper filing and shenanigans of it all. She thinks she’s getting away w something trying to do it day before but she’s only hurting herself because ignorance is no defense in any courtroom be it family or criminal and we have a legal library on Pecos st, where these court rooms are w computers and apps and access to all the legal information and filing and clerks and legal aide lawyers you could ever need to get done properly everything you are required to do if you choose not to have counsel represent you so there is no excuse to come to court completely unprepared and if you really want one and you’re a resourceful mom you can find an affordable attorney. If it’s in fact your child’s best interest at heart, it will be revealed and if it’s your own selfish needs that too will be shown imo. They don’t play in family court and everything you do and say is documented in an app, every person in your life, every dollar you make and every asset you own is accounted for and made known to the court and everything you’ve ever done good or bad is or can or will be made on record of the court until the minor child is 18 yrs old! They don’t play and if you’re smart you learn to play nice together and stay out of court but there’s always parents like this that would rather have the magnifying glass of the court up their ass instead of being grown an acting like it too, pfft! The child is the one that’s developing and is affected in ways no one w even know for years to come and a selfish c u next Tuesday like this doesn’t care either and then posts stupid shit about her judge on FB and doesn’t think it’ll come back to bite her in the ass!😂🤦🏼♀️😩 What the Sam Hell is wrong w this broad writing things online inflammatory like that😩😂🤦🏼♀️? Agreed. I’m surprised family court there’s even public video taping allowed. There’s probably a misunderstanding about that Supreme Court ruling in Fla., recently but it’ll get figured out or amended or something and we’ll lose these little gems because involving children I’m sure that’s not public knowledge. Not sure I’ve tried to look but if the case information isn’t available then obviously a video of it shouldn’t be so that should tell you I guess, I’m literally guessing right now what the law is. I just started watching audit vids and I’ve seen them talk about that Fla. case and the new ruling about video taping public employees during the course of their duties so that’s where I get my information and why I said what I did. Fun videos to watch as well if anyone’s interested I was one called ‘ news now Houston’ and one called ‘ Johnny 5-O’. ....;)

I’m curious how fast she had to change her number after this video came out. No tell n how many random calls she got. She came by herself she’s clearly a narcissist think n she’s smarter than everyone else and everyone should believe poor little me. His lawyer makes my head hurt i believe I know more than him just by watching Matlock. They blame it on my paralegal trick huh smh. The Judge is an unbelievable Typist or her screen looks like “dhgfgvfhgfggfggfhhgjkjvccvbcv” 😲🤪. Kudos on the Judge’s patience having to deal with those 2 idiots!!

This mother and Keren Sangalaza went to the same school of liars. Wow listen to the kettle calling the pot black " He is dishonest with the court, he had lied to this court.". Ad she sits there and says I don't remember. Liar liar.

How Nakia and Keren Sangalaza aren’t sitting next to each other in a jail cell together baffles me. They both kidnapped their children, lie on every question, have everyone else raising their children but love to say how much they do for them. All the VIP people demand respect but refuse to be respectful.

Wait does she mean to say that the all knowing "Veterans IN Politics" gave her bad advice about when she could turn in her exhibits? And that they're correct and the court is not?

Funny how she acts like an expert, corrects the lawyer's pronunciation and then pronounces colloidal silver incorrectly. It's pronounced "Loid" as in the name Lloyd.

Okay, I know I must have missed it somewhere along the line but can ANYONE tell me why this poor 6 yr old has a totally different name from BOTH his parents? Now we learn that if he wasn't confused enough with the constant change of schools & tardiness & absence now we learn his mother calls Tristan -- BOB? 🤔

Dad, for some odd reason, has changed his name 3 times, which makes me wonder what or who he is hiding from!!! He disappears from his kids life for 6 yrs with no support, and after the heavy lifting is done (and probably a new wife or girlfriend in the picture) decides he wants the boy. Never, yet, have I seen the judge ask him where he was the 1st 6 yrs! Then the judge basically acts like dad's attorney, with his own incompetent attorney acting like 2nd chair! Not defending mom, because she can't stop doing stupid stuff, but there is a very bad smell to this case!

This woman has absolutely no credibility! As I watch more and more of these cases it saddens me. I have been through a horrendous divorce. Now I see how many are also horrible. I see in many cases there seems to be to bad either Plaintiff, Defendant or Judge. I used to think it was more balanced. I am glad we have transparency and able to see these. I believe it will expose the problems with our court systems. We might have the best in the world...however, that doesn't change the fact that it needs a lot of improvement! First thing that should be addressed is that no one should suffer or have and advantage based on weather they can afford an attorney. I believe that's an injustice. To many times I hear "You should get an attorney. " I truly believe most people would if they could afford one. Also the quality of your attorney also should not be based on your ability to pay either. We have a similar issue in our health care system. I hope people start caring about these things in this country. To many people suffer based on economics. It's just wrong. We also need to call out corruption or just ineptitude. Not everyone is good at their job and deserves to keep it. In some jobs having a person bad at there job can be extremely dangerous. Certainly a judge, doctor are just two examples. I'm not saying this judge is bad. Actually I feel she is trying to be fair as possible.

Why is a family court hearing that includes a minor child's name being publicly aired on KZitem?
@Shadingoftheheart

The mother gave permission to the channel to air it. Also, the hearings are open to the public unless a party yo the case requests the hearing to be closed.
