Ingredients:
300 grams Kartule / Kantole
2 Tbsp Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds / Mohari
½ tsp Cumin Seeds / Jeera
3 Garlic Petals, ¾ inch Ginger and 4 green chilies coarse paste.
2 Medium size onions finely chopped
¼ tsp Haldi Powder / Turmeric
½ tsp red chili powder
¾ tsp Dhane & jeera Powder / Coriander & Cumin Seeds powder
2 Small Tomatoes finely chopped
Salt to Taste
½ tsp garam masala
Finely chopped Coriander leaves
1 tsp Lemon Juice or dry mango powder
