Stuffed baingan recipe :
Roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup
Green chilli - 3
Kanda lahsun masala - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Grind it
Cut the small brinjals
Stuff the masala
Heat 4 tbsp of oil
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic (crushed/ paste) - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1/2 cup
Fry it for 4 mins
Tomato - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Mix it well
Add stuffed brinjals
Gently mix it
Cook it for 5 mins
Add leftover masala
Add salt to taste
Cook it for 3 mins
Add 2 cups of water
Cook it for 15 mins
Keep mixing in between
Add coriander leaves
Turn off the flame
Ready to serve
