The dry rub is perfect. The bbq sauce was a little too sweet and acidic for my palette, i dilluted it with a tad of water and it came out perfect. I recomend simmering the sauce on a pan instead of a pot, the larger surface area is needed to reduce the sauce thereby thickening it.

@@leraine0715 I followed the dry rub recipe exactly as listed. You can add more chilli powder if you want a little kick

@@mahntran how about the bbq sauce did you adjust it? You said it’s a little sweet and acidic. I would like to make one but want to make sure I’m making a good one for my guest.
