Like her voice; it has a very calming effect. And the kitchen too. Neat and tidy, with nice white cabinets that are lit beautifully by well placed lighting and of course the natural light that shines in from the window behind. And the calmness is further accentuated with the use of light pastel or muted colours of the mixing bowls! Really a treat for the senses when watching Sally baking in this kitchen.

OMG I just made this and it tasts divine. I used strawberries, blueberries and rasberries. i was scared of it being too tart as i hate it when that happens. so i added extra sugar to the fruit about 75g instead of 50 yes i know thats a lot. but it was worth it. Thanks sally :)

Blackberries are my favorite! I began around age 10 baking peach cobbler for my grandpa. I progressed to cookies and brownies and would make goody boxes for him to take with him in the truck. (he was a truck driver)**edit** just pulled this from the oven. Smells amazing! The hard part, waiting for it to cool. Thanks for the recipe.😋

Hello from New Zealand! I learnt to bake from my Mum when I was a little girl. Back then all we had was a metal bowl and a wooden spoon. We did everything by hand, always. I think this is why baking has always been so calming for me. Even in my now adult life I still prefer the old fashioned methods. Baking is such a wonderful therapy :)

I love the video thanks guys. After making 70 scones this afternoon, a great way to relax before making more cakes. I learn baking when I was young we always had cakes and savoury bakes on a Sunday afternoon. On when it was one of our birthdays they was one of those most months of the years since there was a lot of us in our family when I grew up x

But then again I do have a pretty big extended family. I just picked up some pears, peaches and a couple of bags of the Hershey cinnamon chips to make more scones. This will be my 1st time making them with peaches and pears though. So 🤞 all turns out well for me. I'll find out soon enough, lol...

Quick tip *Soak the berries in hot water first for 5 minutes. A Pesticide film will float on top of the water and bugs that have a way to cling to the berries will die from the heat. This really cleans the berries and Farmers know to do this even with organic foods.*
