Baked Char fish with Indonesian style sauce. The best recipe to eat char fish
Ingredients:
2 Char fish.
Salt, pepper, turmeric powder, oil
- marinade for 30 minutes-1 hour
- bake/grill at 180°C/350°F for 30-50 minutes (depend of how big the fish is)
sauce:
3 shallots.
4 cloves of garlic.
2 red cayenne peppers.
1 lemongrass.
fresh ginger.
fresh turmeric.
3 candlenuts.
80-120ml oil.
- blend with food processor
- saute the spice mixture
1 Kaffir lime leaf.
2 bay leaves.
1 tsp cumin powder.
250ml water.
- add water
1 tsp vegetable broth powder.
salt.
pepper.
lime juice.
- serve with rice
