Baked chicken wings with garlic ginger soy sauce.
This is my favorite recipe on weekend, easy to make and taste so delicious, it's asian style baked chicken wings with garlic, ginger and soy sauce, the sesame oil make the food more flavourful. Try it and you'll love this.
Ingredients:
400g chicken wings (6 pcs).
2 tbsp soy sauce.
2 tbsp sesame oil.
3 cloves garlic, grated.
1 tsp grated fresh ginger.
1/2 tbsp coconut sugar.
2 tbsp tomato sauce.
Pepper.
Garnish:
Sesame seeds
Chives
Instructions:
- Put chicken wing in a baking dish
- Combine the rest of ingredients, pour over the chicken wings
- Cover with aluminum foil
- Bake at 190°C / 370°F (fan setting) for 40 Minuten
- Turn around the chicken wings
- Bake again for 10 Minuten
- garnish with sesame seeds and chives
- Serve with rice
